Can I use Audrose™ products day and night?

Yes, for optimal use it is recommended that these products are applied twice a day.

Are your products suitable for men?

Yes, Audrose™ products work well with skin types of all ages (adults 21 and older) and genders.

Are your products safe to use around the eyes?

Yes, our products are safe for use around the eyes. However, please avoid getting any product directly inside your eyes.

Are there any other additives or animal derived ingredients?

No. In staying aligned with our commitment to utilize sustainable and responsible practices, we do not permit any additives or animal derived ingredients.

What’s the shelf life of the Audrose™ products?

Twelve months when stored properly at room temperature. Bottles should be protected from direct sunlight as well as excessive temperatures.

How should I store my products?

Beautiful enough to accent your vanity or dressing tabletop, Audrose™ products can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months. Avoid direct sunlight or temperatures in excess of 87*F / 30.5*C.

Can I use these products while I’m pregnant or nursing?

Please consult your physician before using any Audrose™ products if you are pregnant or nursing.

Are your products suitable for children?

All Audrose™ products are intended for adults 21 and older.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to change your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order (during regular business hours), we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is placed.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, all sales are final.

Where do you ship?

We ship to US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada, Central America and South America. 

How long will it take to get my order?

The processing time for orders is approximately 48 hours. Delivery time within the United States is 5-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number upon order confirmation. This will be sent to the provided email address. Please log into your account to get the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your order confirmation email to track your order.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, all sales are final.
